(Reminder that SD68 will still be in session during this week of full day workshops)

Dec 17th: LEGO Mania Today is all about LEGO robotics. Use NS3’s LEGO kits to build your choice of robots and code them to move using a drag and drop program. Challenge yourself to build big and experiment with coding.

Dec 18: Energize! Join us for an energizing day of activities. We will learn about different types of energy and how that energy can be transferred between objects. Build a water wheel, insulate your own tiny house, and test your knowledge about everything energy!

Dec 19: Salmon Style – Today we’re doing things salmon style. Follow these fish from sea to stream in a salmon migration obstacle course, and learn about their lifecycle. Design your own board game to help salmon make it upstream, protect your eggs from predators, and play the salmon life lottery.

Dec 20: Amazing Anatomy – Come learn about anatomy and how unique animals are. Learn by completing a human skeleton puzzle, an anatomy coding game, and comparing animals’ characteristics. We will also test our own physical abilities by completing challenges including flexibility and center of gravity.
