Science in the Park – RDN Big Qualicum River Regional Trail

Explore RDN parks and protected areas with Nanaimo Science’s outreach educators. These all-ages parent participation free drop-in events will have you exploring your parks with nature hikes, explorations of local flora and fauna, science games and art projects.

Spectacular Salmon
Learn about the salmon lifecycle through crafts, gyotaku fish printing and discussion of species, anatomy and more.
